Our Three Summer Programs
The Bilingual Summer Youth Program (BYP) and Cameron Ventures serve children entering the 1st through 5th grades in Fall 2008. BYP balances academic development with recreational activities. Cameron Ventures focuses on developing social skills through outdoor recreational group activities. Both elementary school programs have weekly field trips.
For youth entering middle school in Fall 2008, we have the Solid Ground program, which is now entering its second year. Solid Ground emphasizes leadership development and community service while youth enjoy activities in both indoor and outdoor settings.
All three of the programs run for six continuous weeks:
Monday - Friday, June 23 through August 1, 2008, 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Extended Care provided from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
We will close Friday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day.
